Phoned them informing them of the problem with my A/C including fault codes, model etc.. Had to pay $140 bucks for someone to come to site, to then quote me $1,200 for a service and fault find (same cost of a new unit mind you). He gained no new information from the site visit. They could have informed me of the service fee and quoted it over the phone. This would have saved me a $140 handshake with some dude!

Quotes hidden behind quotes, hidden behind callout fees.I know the part number that needs replacing, but can’t get a quote without getting a rejuvenation" done on the aircon..... Can't get a quote for the "rejuvenation" without paying a $149 callout fee.Your dodgy business practices have been reported. Shame on you. Do better."
