Great service and work by Shane and the carpet installation crew. Shane was very responsive and flexible, resolved our queries very quickly, and the carpet installation was done nicely and without any fuss. Would highly recommend.

Incredibly impressed with my experience purchasing both blinds and carpet from Flooring Xtra Collingwood. Scott and Shane (and the helpful owner) provided clear and knowledgeable advice in store, offered to come out to do a measure the same day (!), and personally oversaw the installation within weeks.My insurer for flood damage had wanted me to go with Harvey Norman but the comparison in sales, range and service was stark so I’m so glad they let me pick my own company. I don’t normally write many Google reviews but it’s worth acknowledging when you get surprisingly excellent service from people who really seem to care about what they do. (I was also impressed when they actively discouraged me from replacing some other flooring that would have made them more money- very honest).

The team at flooring Xtra were so responsive and helpful, they came out to do an in home quote, I picked the new floors, got the materials ordered and the new floors installed - all in less than 1 week. The new floors look fantastic and the guys did a great job a communicating with me during the process,making sure I was updated on progress.

Great Service by Scott Crawford and Shane, Scott personally came to our apartment to measure, gave us useful suggestions on the carpets colours and how to do a pest clean up before the installation of the new carpet. From the time of the quotation to the finish of installation all happened within a week. Shane the installer is very experienced and single handedly got our carpeting done within the morning, the finished job looks amazing and feel like million dollars. Great team and great company, highly recommended.
