After deciding to get solar for my newly built house I wasn't sure who to go through or what to do. After submitting my details on a quote website I was contacted very promptly by Now Energy and we arranged an in person meeting on site. I was very impressed with how friendly, helpful and professional the consultant was. I really felt I was being looked after for MY interests rather than being hard sold or scared into buying something I didn't need. No question or request was too much trouble to answer and I received responses promptly. I was also contacted by 4 other retailers and found them to be very pushy and unhelpful. It was a no brainer for me when making the decision to go with Now Energy. After accepting the quote they even worked around our tight schedule for installation which was highly appreciated along with the installers themselves who did a very professional, fast and clean job. We are proud to have had our experience with such a fantastic retailer. I don't normally write reviews but just had to share this so others may get the opportunity to experience what I have.
