I have been using Mitch's to service our two family cars for a few years. I have complete confidence in his abilities and find his charges very reasonable. On a couple of occasions when I have had trouble with the car I have headed to Mitch's and he has fixed the problem without delay.I highly recommend his business.

Have my car serviced at Mitch's and the team always go above and beyond, right down to filling up the washer bottle and tyre shining the tyres. Always quality work, I wouldn't be taking my car to anyone else .

We took our car in to get a service a few months back, when we picked it up it had a BIG crack in the windscreen that was definitely not there before (it was a recently purchased car). When my partner rang to question about it he was told it must have been from sitting out in the sun (Where they had parked it) in front of the shop and was not willing to take any responsibility for it, we had to get it replaced. We have since recently gone elsewhere for our next service and when the mechanic was working on our vehicle he discovered the screws for the oil sump had been screwed into the thread wrong and was near impossible to unscrew, when he finally got it undone it basically fell apart. We had to fork out another $300 to have it replaced. Between the windscreen and new oil sump we had to pay an extra $600 on top of the $400 service! with no apology from the business. I would be very very weary going to Mitch's as there isn't much customer care going into their work and you'll probably leave ripped off with damage to your car. I have receipts for both the oil sump and windscreen repairs that had to be done.
