Humble and helpful staff, best place to get your driver's license easily ... I struggled with blacktown,Penrith and silverwater tester and RTA Staff (arrogant and try to make everything harder than what it is in addition to their racism towards different people than them).The test was easy and track had a lot of hills and slides as this is the nature of lovely kiama, only would take you to 100km road and back again.Thanks Kiama team for welcoming and good treatment in everything

Visited on the 20th October 2022 and dealt with Julie. Excellent service, very knowledgeable, extremely helpful. Julie was down to earth, listened to me and answered my queries. I would recommend service NSW to anyone needing help with a seniors card. Thanks Julie!

For anyone doing their driving test, this is the go to place. All staff are friendly and willing to help you. It's a good area to practice and the instructor is very calm, and friendly. Highly recommend to all L-platers applying for your license. :) :) :)

The staff at the kiama RMS are the friendliest, helpful and most accommodating Govt staff I’ve ever encountered.This isn’t my local RMS but I travel there as I know that I’d never have a bad experience there.

The staff went above and beyond to assist my wife who is aninvalid pensioner and was there to renew her ID card. 04/04/2023 just went to find out what discounts were available now I have retired ,was served by Sean nothing was too much trouble for him,excellent service and really helpful , organised refunds for my car rego and licence and showed me how to apply for other rebates. I cannot recomend the Kiama Service Centre highly enough ,wonderful people doing a great job.Thankyou.
