We stopped by in hopes of finding a large wetsuit to fit my partner who is very tall (6'8) and we were pleasantly surprised to find that Neptune's accommodates uncommon sizes. They were really helpful and paitient in finding the right size wetsuits, fins, snorkel masks, everything. Let us try on things and checked the fit. They even ordered in products that they did not have in stock specifically for us.Safe to say we left with plenty of gear and will be back to purchase more.Thank you for an excellent customer service experience. It made all the difference for us!

I was travelling through Mackay and came across Neptune, Called into shop to grab a couple of new masks and snorkels for my wife and self heading to Whitsundays. The Lady in there was super friendly and helpful, she also re rubbered my speargun, teaching me how to for next time. Thanks heaps.
