Timezone Eastland - Arcade Games, Escape Room, Kids Birthday Party Venue

Dena and Patrick did a great job with 14 Ten year old kids and kept them occupied during the session. All instructions were very clear and all of the kids had a great time. Both were very attentive to the needs of the kids. Thank you both for a wonderful experience .

We had a really good experience using TimeZone at Eastland for our daughter’s birthday party. It was easy to organise online with a courteous confirmation call made at the time they said it would. On the day of our party, our host Dena expertly managed the kids. She was thoughtful, organised and friendly and the kids really listened to her and enjoyed being with her.

This place is fun for everyone!The staff are friendly and it appears there is a big emphasis on customer service, because it is exceptional.I am a current Gold Member and cannot get enough of the place, just full of good vibes and fun!Recommended for families, teens and even adults.Redeem your tickets for an array of prizes! I received a faulty item and they were on the front foot to rectify it without a bunch of questions or making me jump through hoops.When you are there, you forget about the everyday stresses of real life, definitely good for the mental health!I am surprised to see some low ratings, it rings of self-entitlement. It is a place to simply have fun! I would however, agree that some of the machines are out of action and some for as long as I have been visiting.However, just yesterday I had swiped my card a few times on faulty machines that took my credit but the staff were quick to rectify.Get out there and have fun! Timezone always has positive vibes, it's upto you to keep it that way.

I was so impressed with everything. Our party hosts went above and beyond to make our daughters birthday so special. They looked after not only her but all her friends. They were very engaging with everyone. I couldn’t fault anything. Thank you so much to our hosts Liv D, Patrick and Flynn. You guys are amazing. I would definitely recommend having a party here.

I love this place so much that I even fly from Tasmania from time to time to just play the Pump it Up game which I believe is one of the best in terms of maintenance in all Australia.I was just wondering, is there a chance that you guys could add a fan next to the machine since it's very hot inside. Having been to Eastland Timezone 3 times now. With my two 5 years old boys . They’re really enjoying it and had some good time, that’s why I already spend $300 for my visit already. However last Saturday, my son played with the candy machine, there is not much candy in there. Compared with my last 2 visits, it’s only maybe 10-20% full , but my son just want to keep playing with this only candy machine. I tried to talk with 3 different staff, requested for a top up , no one cares, they just too busy !. I read through all the google reviews from this store, found out that all the high rate are given for the birthday parties. Anyway my son was crying in front of the machine, as he won so much last 2 time , we played at least 20 times . No staff was willing to help us. I don’t mind spending money, but at least give kids some fun to enjoy

We had a birthday party for a 10yo with Flynn as a host. It was one of the best parties we ever had! Lots of fun, the kids had all the assistance they needed, Flynn was very considerate and helpful. Great party food and the duration of the party - 2.5hrs, enough for a play and food

We had a great experience with our host Amy and her helper Emma. They took very good care of a large group of us making the whole process fun, smooth and seamless. I appreciated the flexibility they had with numbers and start/finish times as our plans changed. Amy even went above and beyond to solve our birthday cake blunder. Thank you for giving us a most memorable birthday party! Highly recommend!

We had our son's 10th birthday party here. Kids loved every minute of it. Our host was Daniel Warren and he was amazing with kids and kept an eye on everyone, also kept my nephew entertained as he didn't know my son's friends so even played games with him.

I always have fun here but an issue I faced today as I have the power pass cards loaded on the app in the store and the staff did not tell me when I was trying to use my phone for payment and in the app it cards loaded in their don't have bar codes so u need another physical car , but u loose the dollar value that u have loaded on your original car that's stored on your phone so it's slower to fast track to the next card.
