The New Hotpot
This is a fantastic hotpot if you love beef. The soup base was so fragrant and had a lot of depth. Food was very fresh, topped up with nice and friendly service from the owner. Highly recommend them if you don’t mind a very basic setup.

The New Hotpot
The beef bone soup base is superb, beef quality is great too. Make sure to order some vegetables for a perfect final touch to the hotpot! Owners are genuinely passionate about their food, so they’ll give recommendations and explain to you how to best cook the beef. Their dips are simple and nice too. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and can’t wait for this restaurant to open new branch elsewhere :)This place is clearly very popular so make sure you book a day in advance!

Thank God I booked this restaurant one month ahead before we travel from Perth go GC, all the beef taste amazing and all fresh, the owner explained patiently on how many seconds do you need to boil different part of beef, good service and all the source taste just brilliant. Best restaurant I have tried while traveling in Brisbane and GC, will definitely recommend to all my Perth friends.
