Words are not enough to explain just how wonderful Amy is. She is a earth Mama and a healer. Her nurturing ways go straight to your heart and soul. As you lay down for your treatment and gently close your eyes you feel this incredible sense of bliss. Amy creates this beautiful space where you can completely let go of all the noise in your mind and come to the present moment. She is funny and kind and you will walk away with the biggest smile. Amy catered for a Yoga Retreat I attended last week. Every meal was packed full of flavour & nourishment. Whatever dietary requirements you needed, Amy was across it. Amy has a wealth of knowledge of the health & healing properties of the ingredients she cooks with choosing local & indigenous produce as much as possible. Above all Amy is a warm, friendly, caring & thoughtful human. Thank you Amy!!!!

I attended a yoga retreat a couple of months ago and I am long overdue to comment on how amazing the food that Amy prepared was. So fresh, healthy, unique, colorful, nutritious, healing, varied and absolutely delicious!! I was in awe of her talents and her easy going and friendly nonchalance regarding the feasts she prepared for us. It left a wonderful lasting memory. Thank you Amy!!

I attended Amy's Ayurveda cooking class and it was amazing! Amy was so engaging to all her students, informative on all things Ayurveda and the food was so absolutely delicious! It was such a lovely group of people that attended the cooking class, we all had the best time, thanks to Amy :)

Hand on heart the best healing experience I have ever received. Amy is the most nurturing guide. The tarot and massage experience was very special and opened me to a new way of seeing some of the challenges in my life. Absolute bliss ❤️
