I can’t thank the ladies here enough for their amazing service. Twice I’ve ordered flowers for my nan over the phone from Sydney, once during covid and then again for when she wasn’t feeling well. The lady on the phone is always so kind and helpful, and my goodness the flowers are always stunning ! !

I could not be more impressed with the level of service from Vanessa and her team. Rang late in the afternoon on a Monday asking for a delivery to a friend in maternity in Bathurst Hospital.Vanessa managed to get a delivery of flowers and a balloon in short notice and within about 3 hours. The flowers look amazing and all done for a very reasonable price.Recommend this business to anyone in Bathurst.

I fell in love with their store from the moment I walked in! Bought flowers for my mother's birthday at the end of May (so this post is late). The arrangement was beautiful and lasted very long. In particular, there was a flower there that neither I nor my mother seen before! It was so unique and so healthy that we thought its fake!! Turns out it wasn't and that was the highlight of it (new discovery). My mother still speaks of it to this day! :) So now I ordered flowers for my sis in law. This time delivered. Planning to do so for my niece too when her birthday comes :)

I ordered funeral flowers from Queensland. The Bathurst staff were very helpful, professional and understanding of my severe hearing loss. Ordering via mobile was a challenge. I was sent a photo of the native floral bouquet by a family member after they were delivered. They were so beautiful and well done. I highly recommend the business and the staff. Vanessa was the florist for our wedding in October, and delivered the most sensational flowers for us. From the very beginning, she was responsive and really helpful, especially since we weren't quite sure what we wanted or how much it would cost. She was sure to communicate exactly what our options were, and gave us a quote within the day.With a few inspirational pictures from us, Vanessa created the most beautiful arrangements. The bouquet, the table flowers, chair decor and groom's button holes were all spectacular. We picked them up, and Vanessa's team communicated to us exactly what we needed to do to ensure the flowers were transported safely. Some of the flowers lasted for a fortnight after the wedding, which is such a testament to the quality product that Vanessa works with.We can't recommend Vanessa highly enough, and wouldn't hesitate to say that she absolutely made our day. Oh my gosh I'm so thrilled with this florist! I ordered over the phone a bouquet for same day delivery. I ordered a $50 bouquet with seasonal brights, and they were delivered in less than 2 hours. A big and absolutely gorgeous arrangement too! Trust their instincts - what a wonderful team. Great value for money, and taste to boot.
