Im very disappointed in Cooma Post Office, they have had my parcel i sent to my grandkids for xmas for 3 weeks, did not scan parcel so i had no idea it arrived and no pickup notice sent out to my Son to pick it up either. Mean while Head Office and I have been doing a lost parcel correspondence. When it has been sitting at the Cooma post shop all this time , so annoying

Incompetent staff. Manager is rude with no customer service skills. Should retire as its obvious she does not want to be there.

Even one star is not worth it. Seriously. They have done it again. Just throw it away or put it somewhere without any notice as usual. I stay at home all day, and no one comes to my place, I just found it on my way out.

Trying to contact Cooma Post Office by phone... one number is for a fax...other goes to amessage bank but does not identify itself as the message bank for Cooma PO. I wonder if a letter would be the best method...but then I am in a bit of a hurry.
