GKR is very family friendly, great for all ages and students with needs. My daughters, and myself have thrived and grown in confidence since starting Karate with GKR.Very well priced and plenty of locations to attend.We really enjoy attending the classes!

Great club, instructors are friendly and knowledgeable, family friendly atmosphere and enjoyable for everyone young and old. The new full time dojo is set up beautifully and I enjoy training in every class I attend. Highly recommended.

GKR Karate has been wonderful for my family. They are an inclusive club and although all 4 of us are at different stages of our journey, we can still train together (there are very few sports/clubs that can offer that). Every Sensei we have trained with has been supportive and encouraging. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

This has been a contributing answer to our happy family! We all train together as a family- mum, dad and kids. I am in awe of how the team at GKR have lead us all and have welcomed us in to their family. Every step is celebrated and encouraged. Their time, advice and guidance is absolutely unconditional- it has strengthened each and every one of us in different ways. Go get signed up TODAY! No more procrastinating- and it doesn’t matter your age- I trained with an 84 yr old man! And he was crushing it 100%- YOU ARE GOING TO LOVE IT xoThey also offer Yoga! I know right !!! Unbelievable - so what are you waiting for ???? Get to it!!!

GKR has become a family passion over the last year. I gave 3 kids all at different points of their karate journey but we would never dream of missing a class. The instructors have a great mix of discipline and fun making the class interesting and engaging for all age groups. Parents, if you haven’t already make sure you join in the fun, I guarantee the kids will love ‘correcting’ your techniques :)

Fantastic club. I have been training with GKR since 1998 since I was in school, and now my kids also train with me. As a father, watching how karate has helped build the confidence, discipline and focus of my children has been amazing. The instructors at GKR always go above and beyond to make each class suitable for students of all ages and ability. Very family friendly club. Would definitely recommend for any family to give it a go together.

My 12 year old daughter recently joined GKR and has just had her first grading. Her confidence has grown immensely and she looks forward to training each week. Highly recommend this very well run club.

Nothing but good experiences so far. Have been with GKR for years with my now 12 year old who just graded to brown belt!! He got his grandparents involved as well and it's been an awesome family activity. A great, supportive community and everyone we have encountered has been so awesome and welcoming. The knowledge and patience and drive my son has gained from his time here is invaluable and the people are genuinely what make it what it is!
