Bill and Fatima and their Everbuilt company recently completed the construction of my home which was a complete knockdown and rebuild. Bill was patient and respectful throughout with a “can do” attitude where nothing was too difficult or too small. He was cooperative and very helpful throughout the whole process including with the few trades that I directly retained. And the place was kept clean daily – a rarity in the industry.I would use Everbuilt again. No better recommendation that that!

Fatima and the Everbuilt team worked with us on a recent project refurbishing a community centre. As with building projects, there were many unexpected issues that arose (none relating to Everbuilt), which they dealt with in a very professional and prompt manner. Nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond their responsibilities to ensure that they delivered a beautiful community space in record time. They also donated some items for the community using the venue. It was a pleasure working with them and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great builder and project manager

Bill and the Everbuilt team recently completed a renovation in my home. The team were professional m who take pride in their work and deliver top quality outcomes.They also project managed and supervised a few supporting subcontractors to lay a small concrete pad, make good some new walls and ceilings with plumbing and electric work.They were also considerate of our family living in the space and generally kept the project area clean and tidy.I would recommend and definitely work with Bill again.

They covered doors, windows and fireplaces to make sure dust didn't get into the rest of the house. They cleaned up thoroughly, kept their tools and equipment neatly stored, shut the gates and took care of my property.At all times I was treated courteously and respectfully and kept informed of progress daily. Engaged Everbuilt after a nightmare with my first builder. Billy and the Everbuilt team were chalk and cheese from my first exerpience. Billy was responsive and happy to discuss matters, wsa up front about the work involved and exceptionally careful to make sure the job was actually done right. The guys were here when they said they were going to be at hte time they said they were going to be. Documented any changes variations that were required and discussed options. Workmanship was exceptional and they took exceptional care to ensure the quality of everything they did. Could not recommend Everbuilt highly enough.

Our experience of working with Everbuilt for our building project, a renovation of a Heritage building in Stanmore, for a Commercial Residential Health facility was completed in Jan 2021. Throughout the process Bill, Fatima and their team were always easy to deal with.There were some delays, inevitable in a pandemic, but the job came in almost bang on time, and very close to budget.Bill and the team always helpful and friendly, respectful and we are extremely pleased with the result, and would recommend Everbuilt to anyone. I have already recommended them to a number of people.There have been some small issues, since completion, again normal things that arise, and Everbuilt is always immediate in their response to calls and follow up.It has been a very positive experience, and we have had the build listed in a few competitions, and are constantly complimented on what a beautiful place it is, thanks to our Architect, and Everbuilt's excellent efforts.Thank you so much Everbuilt for helping us bring to life this very important health service to the Sydney Community, with such a great Building Service before during and after completion...

We and our neighbours (duplex) used Everbuilt to demolish our old rear decks, and to design and install new, larger ones. We are absolutely delighted with our new balcony - it is far better than we even imagined it would be!It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Bill, Fatima and the whole team at Everbuilt. They were unfailingly professional, polite, thoughtful and excellent at what they do.
