Normally they are good. But today 19.11.2022 @ 530pm the lady at the counter must be having a really bad day, judging by the way she treated everyone.

Terribly rude service by largish Indian woman behind the counter on the evening shifts. I normally only go to BP but I will never go to this one again.

Best coffee and amazing customer service by Simranjit. He never disappoints. As I was driving pass tonight I spotted him in store, although I knew I could get cheaper fuel further up the road I did a U turn filled up and I bought one of delicious coffees, even though I had 2 free ones which I will use at another BP where I know I won't get my monies worth. You are outstanding Simranjit.

Great servo with lots of varieties, but the lady behind the counter was not polite or friendly at all! A proper Customer Service training might help with her rbf and arrogant attitude. I wouldn't have come here if I didn't have to collect my parcel from Toll (yes, this BP is also a Toll collection point). Be prepared to wait for a while as they're not very organised either.

2 out of 2 times I’ve been here, the Lady working behind the counter was too busy having a conversation to her buddies on her AirPods than serving me. Rude and unprofessional

Dropped by for the first time recently and I was greeted by a very cheerful service attendant named Lovepreet who brightened my day, thank you! I also noticed that the store was very bright and clean, not your regular petrol station!

I have been visiting this petrol station at least twice every week since it opened as it is very close to my place. Only recently I got very disappointing experiences. I tried to swap gas bottles and they ran out of stock. Worst thing is that they don’t bother to top up the stock in entire two weeks! I went their 3 times during the two weeks, and the gas bottle cage stayed the same. Obviously no body worries about it.On top of everything, one of the employees had really bad attitude. I purchased two lots of patrol today and was told that I cannot pay for them in one transaction. I challenged as I did that every week and nobody else had problems with it before. You cannot just turn your back away to the customers only because you are new employee and are not familiar with you job. Bad attitude when talking to customers as well.
