Good response to questions. Delivery time of matress much better than competitor. Extra services such at temporary ensemble base while bed built, can return matress if not happy

Knowledgeable and great customer service in the shop. Delivery of bed received earlier then expected. Very friendly and efficient delivery men, which did an amazing job installing the beds.The sleeping experience since having this bed is amazing. Our backs have never felt better.Definitely would recommend to family and friends.

We are more than happy with the great service we got when we bought a mattress at Sleep Doctor. Michelle was exceptional and very knowledgeable and helpful and not 'pushy' like some places we went to.The mattress turned up right on time after we were told it would be coming a week early. The young chaps who delivered it were really good and did a great job of taking the old one and putting our new one on the bed.Many thanks to all!Sandra and Wayne Smith

We recently purchased twin Reverie long single beds with Platinum Luxe Sorrento mattresses. Our new beds have been a revelation. I have had a consistently aching back for over 30 years and reguarly use anti inflammatories for relief. In the 3 weeks that we've had our new beds; I haven't had to take a single one. Whether it's the mattress or the adjustable bed settings, I don't know, but it's the best investment we've made in a long time. Sleepdoctor were very professional, the beds arrived on time and the installation couldn't have been smoother. I couldn't recommend them more highly. Tony, Queanbeyan.

The customer service from Chris in helping us select our bed base and mattress was exceptional. He gave advice and then left us be to walk to the store coming back to assist when we were ready. The store itself is really well laid out and offers a large selection to choose from. The Delivery and installation team we just wonderful with the highest professional service. Highly recommend this store.
