Love the staff here, can't say I've ever had an unpleasant experience

Beware, not all of their massage therapists are qualified.I have had some good massages at this place and some very bad ones. Recently had what I would describe as the most stressful massage I’ve ever had here.

I go here for my remedial massages It's a great place I totally recommend it. I see Anna, she knows my problem areas and always looks after me. Thank you Anna !!!

Horrible place for a massage. Initial interaction with the staff at the front, barely made eye contact and was clearly just there for the money, such terrible service.The massage was ridiculous. I paid for neck shoulders and back, for a relaxing oil massage, the lady just decided to focus on what she thought was relevant instead of providing the service that I paid for. She spent the majority of time walking on me with her entire body weight on my legs. She gave me a ‘remedial’ massage, literally stating at times that people cannot handle it because she always goes too hard. I told her I paid for back neck shoulders and despite this, did not listen and continued walking on my legs for about 40 minutes. Talking to me the whole time about her problems.Could not recommend this place any less.

I've been coming here for many years now as has most of my family. I can highly recommend Jacson and Fred.

Visited yesterday for a full body massage and had the therapist using there elbows full force on my spine, shoulder blades and rib cage, I had to ask multiple times for them to stop because they were hurting me before they stopped. I am now in severe pain and covered in bruises, there is no reason to being using such force on bone. I get massages regularly and would high recommend going elsewhere as this was by far my worst massage experience and will not be going back.

Asked for a shoulder and neck massage, masseur use his elbow all over back, neck, shoulders etc and I have been in extreme pain for 3 days. I would not recommend this establishment.

I visit here this afternoon about 4pm with a very sore neck. Spoke to the young lady about getting a neck and shoulder massage.Thankfully they could do it now. She took me into a room with a massage table which was heated and Relaxing music.Another young lady came in and asked where my neck was sore. She worked on the front right sideof my neck. I was asked if this pressure was okay.My neck was sore so yes it hurt but not enough to wince. She worked on my neck for quite awhile obviously trying to get it to feel better. Then spent some time on my shoulders which I didn’t think were sore. My left was fine, but due to the fact my the right side of my neck was sore then my right shoulder was also sore.I had a 30 minute neck and shoulder massage for $40 and chose an massage oil which suited my injury for $5. Normal oil is free.When I walked out, I must admit my neck did feel much better. I’m sure tomorrow it might be a little tender. I would recommend Lee massage.Oh they do not do Acupuncture or dry needling now.
