I rang at 5.42 am yesterday to cancel my appointment on their answering machine for that afternoon as I had an allergy attack that gave me a migraine. I apologised several times as I do not like cancelling at the last minute. Well, that same day at 10.05 am I received by email that my appointment was cancelled and they charged me 10% of the total of my colour and haircut. I just found this out today after recovering, and I could not believe that they are so ridged without any empathy concerning my health.Well thanks for taking 10% off my card you have now lost a client.Be Warned, you will need to predict if you'll be sick on the day of your appointment or you'll get charged 10% ………………what a joke.

Kelsy and the team are absolutely brilliant! I dont trust ANYONE with my hair (blonde), but after years of paying $300+ at expensive salons, a friend recommended Amour Hair and Beauty and I've never looked back! Thanks to Kelsy and the team for keeping my locks lush! xxx

These ladies are just Awesome!! Always fit me in last minute (yup im one of them!), so accommodating with squeezing you in and the Tan lady (sorry 4got name) is just as Awesome, i spilt water on my legs after tan and it obviously ran on my legs and although on her way home waited for me to bolt home shower off the rest and re did whole bottom half for $5... Very kind & professional Ladies and sevice!!!

This place is amazing . Never have I found a decent hairdresser until now. Its a small salon only 2 staff members but that makes then service all the more personal.
