This property has been reported to the Dept of Health as there were spider webs over the lamps, ants all through the room and balcony, dirty linen, and all night there were animals drawing over the roof. The candles were burned down, and the staff had no idea about anything local. Couldn't even give us a taxi number. VERY POOR CONDITIONS.THE ROOM WAS 700 PER NIGHT

One of the most memorable fun awesome great experiences we had ... the accommodation, the place and the service are just of this world .. and Victoria is every where, from front of house to cooking best breakfast ever had ... you will not ever ever regret it .. highly recommended and I will definitely be back .. thank you so much for making our holiday amazing

Cold shower, dirty pillows and no wifi in the room that has a smart tv. Our room was in no way “luxury”. Victoria was present for a lovely check-in but it was downhill from there - our room had a shower but the water was only hot for one second before it went cold, this was very strange given the water from the sink was super hot. Also there were reddy brown stains on some of the pillows. The staff did not re-fill the milk or clean the coffee space when doing the daily thing. I’m surprised this place is still in business. Not value for money, stay elsewhere.

Attended for a viewing as a potential wedding venue. Property is beautiful and very European - influenced. Lovely views to the ocean, and the rooms were very luxurious.
