The “Worst” company I have ever experienced in what should have been an innocent third party (WE) that was hit by their insured client at fault.This company is simply ran by cost cutting assessors that measure and benchmark their estimated costs even when based on the East side of the country.They ask me to get a quote from a reputable panel repairer to which we did. The costs to bring our car back to its pre existing condition was a simple rapid repair and paint quoted by a very reputable nation wide repairer. Once the quote was handed to this company we would have thought it would have been a very straightforward process to repair or take the agreed settlement.No this company spend tireless wasted hours back to and throwing with us because the assessor believes that a reasonable quote of $1300 to repair could be bought down to $300 an absolute joke and now we are the victims of simply wanting our car repaired to its original condition.Even our repairer Gemini Group said they have never seen something so ridiculously reduced to which they refused to repair the car at a proposed $300.Again we are the ones left high and dry!STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY there are better reputable insurance companies out there.
