Went in on a Saturday morning. Only 1 guy working. He was on the phone and kept putting them on hold to answer other calls. Despite moving through calls and my partner and I standing in front of the counter, he did not acknowledge us. We then went to the back of the store and looked at the product we were interested in, waiting to be acknowledged but after almost 10 mins of not even being looked at, we left and went elsewhere. Would have understood if it was just one call but we were totally ignored. Purchased elsewhere.

I bought my first sit on lawnmower on the seventh of the fourth 2018 so I done a lot of research on a lot of zero turn mower’s and by far I could not fault the husqvarna Z242F it has 145 hours on it and has mowed on average 3 acres every week for the last three years and has never missed a beat and it has worked hard this thing is a beast. It has never had a belt come off or replaced got its first service yesterday the third of the second 2021 new air filter new fuel filter to new spark plugs and 2 L of oil. It’s still going hard today if not better I love this machine.The boys over there Are just easier to work with and then I just ring him and ordered the parts and I’ll pick them up and before in the past if I needed anything it’s was ready for me when I got there.

Went in today thinking I needed a new part for my mower. Much to my delight the guy at the counter said it was an easy fix and that I just needed to tension the pull cord properly. He took the time to tension it for me in store without charging me. I don't know alot when it comes to mowers so he could have easily made a quick buck by selling me a new part I didn't need. Nice to know there are credible staff working at this store. I'll happily return to them in future and highly recommend this store.

Just had my AWD Husqvarna tractor mower repaired. Was expecting it to take weeks and cost heaps. Less than 2 weeks and only $400 I was delighted. The service is second to none. They picked the mower up for me and repaired it much earlier than promised. Very happy with the service and the communication. Always worried when using a new service mechanic because you never know if you are going to be taken advantage of. Great job guys. I will keep you on my speed dial. Thank you.

My 80 year old Father paid $6500 for a new ride on mower 9 days ago that we still can't use because its faulty. Every time they organise a time to repair it they don't even show up. Disgraceful company, steer clear!
