Best nails I've ever had! I come here regularly and am always happy with the result. Todays Manicure and Pedicure was THE BEST (Shellac with Metallic gold French finish) The technician was friendly and patient, I was getting nails done for a friends wedding and she took the time needed and her attention to detail was very professional. SO SO SO HAPPY!!!

This review pertain exclusively to longer acrylic nails, which in my view is a totally different category - I’m sure for regular manicures this place is excellent and I have nothing but good things to say about the ladies and the space.Unfortunately, I can’t give them a good review for what I had done, as after only 2 weeks I saw huge lifting and a nail actually came off. I first noticed lifting 1 week in which is not great. As the nails grew out, the excess acrylic they’d left look shaggy and gross, which I don’t usually experience at my usual place. My nails typically never lift, and I only go in to get them redone because of regrowth.That said, straight after getting them done they looked perfect, and the ladies were really lovely. I do also wish you didn’t have to bank transfer to pay.

Great value for money speedy service. I went in Saturday late afternoon without an appointment just trying my luck, and lady worked tirelessly to see as many clients as she could. Worked fast, love my manicure, and price was amazing. Would definitely go again.

Went here 4 years ago and had a bad experience. Recently, I thought I'd give them another go - bad experience again. I went in for a manicure. She was hurried and careless. Hurt me 3 times with the drill bit and not one apology. She cut the side of my nail down so far with the cuticles, I've never had my nail bed exposed like that before. I was so nervous I was perspiring

Reasons why I would rate a 0:- My nails lifted and chipped after a week- They used one coat of gel on my toe nails- The acrylic was not applied well and my nails were lumpy.- I wanted to pay by EFT and was told I could on the day. Conveniently, when I went to pay I was asked to transfer the funds as the machine didn’t work.

spaI was initially hesitant to try this place after seeing some negative reviews but I honestly just had one of the loveliest experiences ever in this salon.Firstly it’s a public holiday and she was on her own so this woman was flat stick the entire time. An absolute superhero juggling me and another client plus the phone. I was glad to wait as I was a last minute appointment but she managed it all seamlessly.Spa pedi was done with a bit of urgency (to be expected) but she didn’t skip any steps and I especially loved the hot stones during the calf massage.I also got an acrylic full set with a specific kind of French tip that had to be done freehand with shellac. Her placement of the acrylic was meticulous, nice and smooth, no blobs, and buffed down so it wasn’t too thick. Then with the French tip, it was a very involved process to apply and she took every effort to make sure they were beautiful. Matched my reference picture wonderfully.To top it all off, I paid around $20 less than my minimum estimate.I’m not sure how this place runs on a normal day or if the other nail technicians are this skilled but I am really happy with my experience. I’ll definitely be back.

Worst pedicure I’ve ever had - the tools and towels used were not clean, she cut my cuticle too much and it started to bleed (I won’t be surprised if I get an infection). The salon itself was not clean, and the other customers were angry because of the slow and bad service. Don’t risk it, go somewhere else

Please do not go here. I never write reviews but this place is so bad I wouldn’t want anyone else going through what I did. Bleeding cuticles, lumpy nails, left me mid-session to pick up someone from school. (Literally locked me in the salon). Refused to do the design i wanted (black hearts, because “hearts should be red or pink”)I left with 3 hours (yes three) wasted, $$$ down the drain (bank transfer cause they only take cash and the machine is “broken”), and the ugliest, cheapest looking neon pink and silver glitter heart-resembling mess.Yes I did speak up. Everything i said was ignored because “why you want that one? No no. Here i do for you.”I would have said so much more but there was a child there and at this point I just Wanted to leave.No matter how desperate you think you are for new nails, it’s not worth it. Please, please don’t put yourself through this.
