Something always goes wrong with one register. The person told me it was playing up. He knew I wanted aoili as my sauce. He obviously gave up as I ended up receiving no sauce and only found out once I got home. Lucky I had some sauce in the cupboard as the food was very dry. Dissapointing as this used to be a fairly good store. This is not the first time I've had trouble with my order and getting sauce with my meal here hence I have come online to write a negative review. It's very disappointing when you spend your hard earned money on something unsatisfactory.

Great food and great staff but we were asked if we wanted to donate to charity when finishing our order. When asking why we were being asked to donate to a no name and likely wasteful charity by a multinational corporation that likely pays little to no tax the poor girl said she had to. I came here for chicken not virtue signalling.

Although fast food is supposed to be consistent, it's not. But this store is 100% every time. Even the staff there are friendly.

Food was great as usual, I went with my family for dine in. No single table was clean and it was not a busy time. In fact I was alone. While placing the order, I asked for help to clean the tables. Minutes later another request to clean the tables .. minutes later repeated the same .. finally someone came out to clean one table only and left the rest ! I see it that dine in is not welcome

By far the greatest cooking I've personally witnessed in my days of KFC reviewing. the chicken was some of the most juiciest and succulent chicken to ever grace my wet lips. especially on Thursday nights, i don't know what it is but that specific night is when true talent is shown.

Today ordered the fill up. The chip were cold, underneath bread roll were cold, 2 tiny wings, have it after 5mins. Got food poisoning.
