The owner of this company never returns calls and has caused many issues at our property including wrong placement of a drain resulting in major alterations and costs to us.Plus a major gas leak which when we raised it with him he advised he didn’t have time, noting that we had to call him off a friends phone so he would answer, again. Costing us money and time to resolve.We would never recommend this contractor and would strongly recommend against using his services.

Jake was patient and helpful, providing all the details on what I needed to add laundry fixtures to my bathroom. He also changed out a number of taps and my shower for me. Incredibly polite, punctual and helpful, at a reasonable price. I would use Agate Plumbing again for any plumbing needs.

I have used Jake Stone from Agate Plumbing & Gas twice over the past 6 months as I found his services to be reliable and professionally completed. He has installed a new Gas Unit, installed taps and shower heads, as well as repaired a toilet leakage issue at my home. Appreciate the prompt friendly and communications and after every service, the space is left in a clean state. Would recommend the services of Agate Plumbing & Gas and Jake will be my go to plumber for my home.
