I went in as I had a voucher the lady was being super rude and said it was expired. My friend used the same voucher. When I explained that I didn't know and that I got it on the grand opening because I missed out on the day. She didn't seem to care and was being nasty. I asked if I could speak to the manager or owner. She started saying a comment that she's the owner and manager and said don't know hate that when it happens. Stating that it's funny I didn't know she was the manager and laughed in my face. I will stop my kids from buying her bubble tea and everyone I know. Rude as and just laughed in my face. I will never remind this place anymore to anyone.

I brought a drink for my daughter that was leaking. I asked for a new plastic cup to pour the drink into, so one of the workers took the drink and was going to pour it in a replacement cup. The manager came over and said my daughter must have split the cup when opening the seal, which I accepted as possibly being true. She then said it wouldn’t be replaced as it was our fault, by which time they had poured the drink down the sink. I didn’t want the entire drink replaced - all I asked for what a replacement cup ! So not a great customer experience, which is a shame as normally we love coming here.

At first I had my doubts, but after tasting a brown sugar milk tea I can confidently say that Wendy Hoar is absolutely wrong. Chatime Lakelands offers excellent customer service and delicious tea. Would highly recommend.

Happy days! lovely workers I always see the bubbly brunette, heather, she always greats me with a smile! Even though her manager, I forgot his name but I know starts with a V, is making a mess.

Chatime Lakelands is by far my favourite takeaway store in Mandurah, I have been everyday since opening and can’t complain about anything, every staff member I’ve come across has been extremely helpful and kind. My drinks have always been made correctly and short wait time also the place looks very tidy and friendly, highly recommended going here !!

Usually have a great experience at Chatime! I went with my brother after school and ordered two teas online in advance. One of the teas didn’t have the pearls I paid extra for and the second drink barely had any pearls in even thou I got 2 pearl mix ins. It was in the after-school rush, but that still shouldn’t be an excuse.

If you're an introvert living in the mandurah region, Cha Time in Lakelands is going to be your new best friend.It's convenient to order from there in-store machines, which means not much conversing.Although, the staff are lovely, the drinks are brilliant and the service is quick.With a wide range of flavours, teas and toppings, I assure you. You will find you're new favourite beverage.

Got two drinks of mine wrong and one tasted like chalk.I ordered extra pearls in my brown sugar and never got the extra, there was another flavoured popping pearl that I didn't ask for.The manager seemed very passive aggressive to her customers and employees.I've been to chatime plenty of times before and this one is by far the worst.Would highly recommend going to King Tea at Mandurah Forum instead of this place.
