Good customer service and excellent run through of the car's features when I picked it up. My only criticism was the updates that I received while waiting came from Kia and they were a little misleading until Connor explained it to me . Perhaps updating me at the time I signed the contract would not have confused me.

Nick in finance is great to deal with. Rochelle the car protectant assistant is great to deal with. Our sales assistant Jayde was great but then left and we had Leo the assistant manager who was difficult to deal with and delivery times are not certain. Don’t recommend. Unless you need a good finance guy :)

Connor and his team did a great job, he knew the features of the vehicle extremely well and anticipated our needs as a growing family and made appropriate recommendations without being pushy. His communication was excellent while the vehicle was built and shipped and we received it ahead of schedule.
