Wow where do I start! This was the best Indian I’ve ever had (if not the best restaurant we’ve ever been to). We started on the Lamb chops, they were succulent, so rich in flavour and so tender. Then we had curry puffs, there was three different dipping sauces, all were divine and matched perfectly with the delicious puffs. The garlic and cheese naan was so soft and fresh but cheesy and went so delicious with the lamb madras we ordered, which was also amazing. The lamb was so soft and tender and the capsicum just made it so balanced and crunchy.. then cheese dumpings in the korma sauce.. it was the highlight, the dumplings were crispy and the sauce was just indescribably delectable. Cannot wait to go back, we will recommend this to all of our friends. Thanks to our lovely waitress Rima, who guided us to make the best decisions while ordering. Not to mention her customer service was seconded to none. Thanks for such a beautiful dining experience.

WOW! This would have to be some of the best Indian food we’ve ever had. The waitresses were extremely friendly and atmosphere was great.We shared the mixed tandoori platter for an entree which had 4 different seasoned meats followed by a butter chicken. Ample amount of food given in each dish.Highly recommended when staying in Kingscliff.

Had a fantastic meal tonight. We had entrees main and dessert and everything was delicious! The lovely waitresses were attentive and kind and the atmosphere was cozy.

Naan bread is best we’ve ever had. Curries are amazing. On holidays for 4 days and ate here twice it was so good - wish we lived local. Staff are awesome as well!

Food was delicious and service amazing! One of the best Indian restaurants I have ever been to.. Well thought out menu and includes children friendly menu, great for picky children!Great cocktails to accompany the great food, service with a smile, super friendly staff making you feel so welcome.Will definitely be back

Rivals any Indian restaurant in any city in Australia. Amazing naan, delicious fresh curry and hand made appetizers. Sat us late and did not rush us out the door. Polite helpful staff. Cannot fault.

Not as good as it once was as for takeaway. The price (nearly $30 for a rogan josh) was extreme to say the least. You can still get a better curry down south under $20. Like many in this area they have just jacked the prices up and lowered the quality.And unfortunately it was very oily. I cook my own curries and take care to remove excess oil.

Food was quite okay, however, smaller portions that we are used to from other local Indian restaurants. I wouldn't go back to Darbaar in a hurry as there are lots of better restaurants in the Salt Village and Kingscliff. I didn't rate the service all that great and it took over an hour to bring out a few dishes, despite it not being overly busy. Found the staff bit disinterested and all in all, just under-welming and bit disappointing.
