Glad we were recommended to this shop by a fan manufacturer and wholesaler after shopping at other stores. Family business that understands the meaning of customer service and knows their products. Jo-Ann, Taylah, and Stefan all really friendly and professional to deal with. My wife and I went in there intending to buy two ceiling fans for some large home renovations we are doing. Thanks to the assistance and advice provided we ended buying all our new lighting requirements and outdoor strip heaters for the patio area. I highly recommend them to you.

It was a truly pleasing experience to visit this friendly and helpful store. The staff were happy to spend time discussing options with us to assist us in our purchases. We would definitely recommend this business if you want personal service rather than a run-of-the mill generic type of store. We will definitely go back for other light fittings in the future

These guys dont just sell fans they know fans. They helped us more than we knew we needed. We then went to outdoor lighting and Stefan again knew so much. Honestly super helpful and honest. Great prices, quick supply. Highly recommend them.

Just had 2 ceiling fans installed from Boardwalk and not only was i super pleased by the service from Board walk and quality of fans but my electrician was as well! He said they were the best quality fans he had installed in a while and was very impressed that 1 of the fans was double insulated, something he didn't think existed and could save $100s in fees if there were no earth wires. He's now going to go to Boardwalk for his ceiling fans too. So well done Boardwalk on providing such high quality products at a reasonable price.

Professional and friendly staff who clearly knew their products and could answer all our questions. Great range of fans to pick from, nicely displayed and with all the features we were looking for.

Very poor customer service from this shop.I bought five EGLO fans from this shop. On installation of 2 fans, it was super slow and went back to the shop within one week of purchase and explained them but refused to refund. They asked me to contact the manufacturer to sort the issue! When I explained them that I bought the fans from them, not from the manufacturer, they reluctantly told me to do a swap with AC fans saying it will be better speed. I have agreed with their offer and swapped with two of my uninstalled fans to AC fans. On installation of my first AC fan I noticed the speed is only slightly better and not close to my expectation. I went back to the shop and explained them I am not happy with speed and would like a refund. The salesperson was very rude, arrogant and reluctant to reveal his name. He said he is going to make a note of my name in the shop and will not sell anything to me in future.If you want a decent after sales customer service as you expect from any other stores, this is not the place from my experience.

Amazing product and exceptional customer service to go with it! I had a few problems with damaged product out of the box (this happens from time to time, understandably) The way this store handled it was awesome to say the least. they went above and beyond to the point they ordered multiple replacements just in case the replacement one was also damaged. I received my product undamaged this time and these guys have now got a return customer! love your work guys, thank you! :)

Been very impressed with this lighting store the selection of light s were so so much better and different to the big stores and price s were great the manager in the store was first class well worth the longer travel

Honestly, the best range of lighting and fans I've seen - I had been to all the major lighting and fan shops but kept seeing the same products time and time again. Boardwalk had new, different and very affordable things. Their range is soooo much better than the larger stores like Beacon! And the team member who helped me made the process so easy, I really can't thank her enough!
