I was quite disappointed by my experience with this store. I got some carpet installed and never received any trim. When I spoke with the 'Manager' at Decorug, I was assured that I could get extra to do different bits around the house. The installers came with NO trim and they just told us that we could buy trim from Bunnings for like '$2 a piece', which is completely false.I kept speaking with somebody from this store who kept assuring me that the matter would be resolved and it never has been. Therefore, I've had to go spend extra money on items for the flooring that should have been done by these people. I paid a lot of money for the carpet I received as I've built on my own and I'm quite disgusted at the behaviour and attitude of the installers and the lack of commitment from the staff to help their customers. I was constantly calling to get updates and never received anything. Disappointing.

Steve, from Pakenham is an absolute gentleman and k own his stuff. We purchased to large rugs and couldn't be happier!!!!Delivered and helped to even pit in place. Great friendly and professional service!A+ . If you need flooring , I highly recommend Deco Rug

Fantastic customer service from Kirsty today. She gave us time to browse and helped us when we were ready. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and even had a laugh with us. It was great to be able to try a few rugs at home before making our final purchase. Proud to say we have 2 gorgeous new rugs at home and another that will arrive in a few days.Easy and hassle free. Service in store and quoting for floors was great! Problems started when first floor installers arrived (company supplied). They did nothing but complain about the job the quality of boards and how far from home they were, they were completely unskilled for the job and obviously did not have the tools or knowledge. A whole day and not one board laid in our small home. Company sent second installer next day after a lot of back forth and he was amazing! Installed our boards all by himself in half a day! And it was no problem at all thanks Sayed! It's been almost two months since completion and we have not received the remaining boards we ordered for our kitchen, numerous promises that they will be here and they have not, then they said they will deliver when we book to install (which was never the case, and discussed this at quotion) we have also just received a $186.66 bill from Telstra for the technician to reconnect our phone/internet line as the first installers knowingly cut it! The company was made aware of this at the time also and has made no effort to remedy this. So utterly dissapointed in our experience which is such a shame we really were happy with Simon and thought this company would be great.

Amazing service from start to finish with the team at DecoRug Pakenham. Chelsea, Simon and Steve all provided friendly and professional service in recommending the appropriate carpets for my home. They organised everything from pricing to installation. No job was too big. Service got even better with Abdul who installed my carpet. He was very nice and friendly. Conducted his work professionally. Massive praise to every team member at the store. I will definately be back to purchase more items in the future. Happy to recommend to anyone requiring carpets, curtain, flooring, etc to see any of the staff members at the store. A+.

Had a great experience with DecoRug Pakenham. Steve went to great lengths to source a second rug to match one we had selected. He kept us informed thru the whole process. Steve was fantastic to deal with.

From the very first time we visited Decorug Pakenham, the staff were genuine, friendly and very knowledgeable and not pushy. The process from quoting to laying both floorboards and carpet in our new home was easy, communication was great and quality exceptional. Even going back in to check out rugs and purchase one, Steve and his team remember my name and ask how it’s all going. We had a 5 star experience from when we walked into the shop to having the floor installed. Great deals and prices with great time frame to get the job done .Everyone was friendly and helpful and provided good advice. We would recommend these guys without doubt.
