Bourke Shire Council Fishing Reserve
The fishing reserve is an area with pretty easy to drive on dirt track when it is dry. To get to the river one has to walk down two embankment to get to the river which was actually flowing from the first time in 6 months. It has toilets, as in, a bucket or two. Some scattered wood fired BBQs. Some tracks are suitable only for high clearance 4x4s. Plenty of trees for shade.
