Amazing caring and friendly customer service. This team went above and beyond my expectations.Not a regular customer called in to ask for assistance as I’m not from Grafton regarding my car issues. Not only did they remain open after hours to assist me they kindly checked my car, completed computer searches as to identify the problem and supplied me with their after hours phone number and neighbouring NRMA Woolgoolga phone number. Absolute champions and I will definitely be promoting them to all I encounter. Massive massive thank you. The girls are great however system has many faults. I went into to tell them my details were wrong and wrong car on file. They checked and their mistake and had been changed but computer wrong car plates. When I got home they send me a receipt and once again old details AGAIN. I give upGail
