Top End Early Learning Centre

Location and place is good however the staff are very inconsistent and lazy. The manager is rude and runs it more of a buisness rather than having your childs best interest in mind. The staff will discriminate towards children that prove to be a bit difficult or do not fall into the normal day care routine. If you are toilet training your child they will not assist or prompt your child but will just allow them to run around the back until they soil or wet thier cloths and then blame the child. Craft and activities are minimal and hardly get done. If you would like your child to just run around with very few carers all day in a park setting then this would be for you if you can put up with the manager. If you would like a day care to show interest and assist your childs early learning then i highly recommend you DO NOT send them here. (Have removed both children from here)

I've sent all my kids there and it is the best kindy and it has the best staff.

My son attended this childcare last year. He started when he was 2yrs old and continued till 3yrs old. Place was clean, pleasant and spacious. Betty was very cooperative and most of the educators were really good. We received a satisfactory service from this childcare.

Both my kids went here, a lovely caring environment with loads of activities to stimulate and educate them. Betty the Manager goes over and above with supporting both staff and the kids. With many staff having been there for years. Also know loads of friends whose kids go there and couldn't be happier.

My baby was waitlisted through phone when she was around 5 months. I was told tha theyt were gonna contact me once available. Then after 3 months I called them agan since no call. Now they said I should contact them once every week to check. I did it for a month, no hope. I physically went to talk to the lady named Betty. She even did not talk to me properly. I am even not allowed to check whether it was really full all the months I was waiting whole 4 months or they just don't want my baby to take. The attitude and behavior from that director lady Betty I found was not appropriate, highly attitudinal.
