I had Dana over at my apartment for a mum and baby yoga session. There are not many who offer at-home-Yoga classes in the Northern Beaches and also look after your baby! Dana helped me to find the right exercises and feel into my body again after pregnancy six months ago. Thank you Dana, I‘m looking forward to the next session!

Thanks for bringing so much fun to our pool. It’s so convenient having Dana come to us. There’s no stress having to get to/from a swimming centre and we do it at the perfect time for Lenny’s nap schedule. I highly recommend Dana, she is so friendly and knowledgeable and Lenny loves her lessons.

My 10 month old has been loving his swimming lessons with Dana down at the ocean pools. We have been sharing our lesson with a friend which works really well for us. Dana is really competent and patient and has made our weekly swimming lessons one of our favourite activities.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I tried out a lot of postnatal yoga classes on the northern beaches and this was far and away the best. Cannot recommend FlowBaby highly enough.I’ve recently started doing swimming lessons with my baby as well (12 months). He used to be a bit scared of the water but absolutely loves Dana’s classes, especially the songs!
