Indeed a lovely place to have a healthy burger, we love all Grill’d branches but this branch is on the top list. Very nice crew, clean and full of positive energy. We usually drive there and always experienced the same good moment. Thanks to the team

The burgers were tasty and as you’d expect from this franchise classic. The service at the Chirnside store was above and beyond.The zucchini fries were so well seasoned. The flavours were delicious.Thank you.

Had bad experience with take away. We phoned them to order, then coming to pick up. The burger was dry, lettuce was really dry and brown colour. Not sure if they cooked due to take away or not fresh. Missing two drinks and couldn't get refund after calling them. They offered to take a note which we can use for next order. Disapppinted considering they are not cheap.

Without a doubt, one of the best takeout restaurants I’ve been to. Regardless of whether you’re eating in or taking out, the food is the same. Very well made and presented and super tasty - every time! I’ve never had a ‘mediocre’ meal from them, it’s Always been tops! These amazing people even wrote a sweet message on my takeout burger box after I complimented them through the delivery App. Made me feel all fuzzy inside. Loves it

Sat outside for a birthday and Remi really took care of us. Half of our group is vegan, and one in our party accidentally ordered a non-vegan burger. Without even needing to ask, Remi came out and asked if everything was okay. Swapped the burger to a fresh vegan one, no questions asked, even though it was no fault of theirs. Legend!! Really appreciate the amazing service

Came for a quick bite at night. Lamb burgers were amazing as usual. Sweet potato fries were a bit soggy. Daughter's mini burger was also a little on the dry side.

Dear management of Grill'd restaurant in Chirnside Park,I am writing to share my deep disappointment in the quality of the food and service in your establishment. Not only am I a loyal customer of Grill'd restaurants all over Australia where I've lived and worked for the last decade but I have for many years told people about the Grill'd service and taste.This opinion of your brand was rudely shattered last week when I ordered a large meal for my grandparents and cousins when visiting them in the area.As a premium-priced restaurant, I expect quality from Grill'd and I have high expectations of your until now favourite brand.I was horrified last week with what I received and I cannot understand how your staff felt that it was in any way suitable to send me the order in the state it was inSpecifically, I would like to bring to your attention the profound disappointment with the zucchini fried chips/wedges I ordered. They were entirely inedible. Rather than being a delightful and healthy side choice, the chips/wedges were little more than scraps and fragments of zucchini covered in fat and oil. Essentially, it was a tub of grease and scrapings that I would not even consider worth $1.The delivery also took much longer than promised - it originally said it would take 45 minutes but in fact it took 85 minutes and I watched the time that the driver waited at your restaurant and it exceeded the acceptable waiting timeI hope you take my review with the utmost transparency and work to correct the issues I experienced for the future of your customers.Thank you for your attention to this matter.
