Last time we visited here was many years ago. This time during a walk in the village, (Potts Point), we noticed it had, had a name change, (Opium Den, probably not regarded as PC, these days), we liked the idea of a $10, lunch special, they did not disappoint, the place has a gorgeous ambience, friendly service, and superb food. the chicken satay (made spicy) and the Beef Pad see ew, was to die for, (see piccies). We will definitely be back.

We went there for Saturday night dinner. We were a table of 10 - great food, very tasty and the service is excellent!! Reasonably priced too. The waitress was so polite and friendly from the time we arrived until we left. This is the type of restaurants I'd love to visit. I will tell my friends and will be back!! Highly Recommended!!

The VEGETARIAN VEGAN fake MEAT are INCREDIBLE!! So delicious!! And my friends loved the regular meat. The dishes are large and have so much variety and flavor. So hard to find great options at most places for vegetarians.

Great cosy Thai restaurant in Potts Point. The attention to detail was on point. Customer service by the waiter was wonderful.The pad see ew was the best that I’ve had in Sydney. It was not overwhelmingly sweet and had a barbecue sort of taste to it. The meal was very filling.

Dimly lit ambience, nice private seating areas. The staff were friendly. We ordered a beef cashew stir fry, drunken vege tofu noodles, massaman beef curry, papaya salad, rice and roti. The roti were soft floppy and not flakey, not the best. There wasn’t much beef in the massamam was a tad bland, usually its a bit sweeter to taste. The drunken noodles were nondescript, felt generic and didn’t taste like much. The beef in the cashew stir fry were huge but chewy cuts, it was difficult to eat, but the sauce was nice in the stir fry. The papaya salad was fresh, and spicy, we got medium and the heat was tolerable. Everything was presented well but lacked punch and finesse

While house sitting in Potts Point visited Nung Len a couple of times for their delicious $14 lunch options. We tried the green curry, beef chilli basil and panang curry. Very friendly staff and incredibly fast, efficient, service. A great place for a quick, delicious lunch. Have not been their for dinner, so can not comment.

Great food and swift service. This was my second visit in a week and I'm still very impressed. I had chicken drunken noodles on the $10 lunch special menu and it was superb. Great portion size and steaming hot food with enough flavour to satisfy your taste buds. I'm finding it hard to find a better Thai restaurant in the area that can compare for taste and value for money.

Something primal happens when you taste something out of this world. You start a mental accounting of how much food is left and grimace at sharing with loved ones. I got paleolithic at the first bite.We got a few simple vegan dishes. Tom yum fried rice, pad see ewe, springers and a veggie dish to feel emotionally better.The flavour from the rice and pad were phenomenonal. You can tell they knew what they were doing by the dark caramelisation in the noodles and rice, the vegetables were crispy. Their 'wok hei' was Jedi.The only let down were the springers. They didn't taste like much. The rest have just made it to heavy rotation.

The food was quite okay but I didn't feel they tasted really Thai. It was not spicy or sour and salty enough. Even though I prefer less salty food, I still felt like they were more fusions of Thai and Chinese. Great that we could book a table but the time we were there we didn't have to wait, it was not too busy. Compared to other Thai restaurants we went, this one was average. Hope that they could make banquet for 2 so then we would have an option to try more dishes. The dishes we had were ordinary, so nothing was really special to highlight.
