Good service and designers are always coming out with great new designs are what I love about Colette. The sales are amazing (like 40% off storewide), so best to catch those bags on sale.Quality is okay. You will get some key chains falling off (those pom pom ones) and buckles breaking after a year or two.

The staff here are great, courteous, and nice and they really are determined to make the shop look nice. I just didn't like how there was a lot of stock in boxes on the floor next to where I was choosing out earrings I found myself trying to squeeze through.

Collette has very good collection and very decent price. There was offer on Christmas sale around 40% office. Very good price bought many bags for our family members. Lovely place.

Yesterday I went to Parramatta shop and I received an excellent service from Jessie. My niece from Srilanka asked me to get a bag for her. I showed the photo to her and she helped me with the other staff. Her memory power is so good. She pointed straight away. Very pleasant customer service.Every shop needs a staff like Jessie. All the very best Jessie. My best wishes to other staff members too.
