Staff are nice at the post office however, many times posties have not even attempted to knock on my door before leaving a slip to pick up from office. Also everytime I have posted something it is always forwarded to the wrong location (usually Stafford and on one occasion it went to Mosman which was the opposite direction of where it was ment to go).

POSTAL SERVICE STEREOTYPE LIVES ON! Bring in a card that says pick up parcel after 4am 27/11/17. This is now 1134am. Not here come back after 4pm IT'S PROBABLY STILL WITH DRIVER. Why would this be as it was NOT DELIVERED ON SATURDAY. This was when tracking said it was just received at Underwood and nothing added like FOR DELIVERY SATURDAY. The creature that ALLEGEDLY DELIVERED on Saturday walked past five people from all the other FOUR UNITS and did not say boo. Left a ticket for ANYONE WITH ID in mail box and left. My neighbours just said THAT'S AUSTRALIA POST. KEEPING THE DREAM ALIVE CLAYFIELD LPO.

Extremely rude staff. The horrible lady working there chose to inform me of a possible mistake in my passport application process by being rude and condescending, left me leaving feeling belittled and angry. Horrible experience, go to any other post office.

Terrible. I wish I could give it zero stars. They have ONE JOB and can't even manage that. They never attempt delivery despite saying that they attempted delivery. We have security cameras and there was nothing on the cameras. They never triggered the door bell which triggers another camera. The tracking says they were to attempt delivery the same day but they did not. We still have nothing 4 days later. But there is no-one to contact to speak to because they never answer the phone and don't return messages. Terrible and utterly useless as a delivery service. They fail at the one job they have.

Ridiculous opening hours. I've enabled safedrop yet all my parcels are dropped into this impossible post office. At least 1 day they should be open past 5pm or one half day on a weekend is certainly not unreasonable with the hours every other sector works.Kedron & Chermside Post Office's are 1 million times better than these lazy business owners.

5/7/22 - Your equipment could not scan my QR code for passport renewal. Hamilton Post office same QR code same renewal application, scanned straight away first time no issues. Either equipment is faulty or staff need retraining.Getting passport photos was easy and straightforward.
