I am a long time client of Matthew. 15 years ago I hired him and his team. I've had up to 3 units rented with his company. His team has always been very thorough when leasing my properties and because of that I've never had any issues. Matthew and his team are very hard working and have made my job as an investor much easier.Recently I sold one of my units. Matthew worked extra hard to help me, ensure the unit showed well, and worked extra hard to get me an excellent price. Been a client for several years now and have never had an issue. I’m a landlord and during this recent COVID crisis we had a couple of issues with a tenant which resulted in police being called and we later found out that our locks had been changed without our knowledge. The matter was resolved quickly and efficiently and I was always kept abreast of what was happening with my property.Thank you Matthew and keep up the good work.

How Matthew dealt with my situation during COVID-19 was terrible and totally unprofessional. He bullied and harassed me Via email due to me being stuck In Nz and not being able to make it back to move my things out of my apartment Due to COVID-19 and loosing my job. He did not show any understanding or compassion towards my situation and kicked up a huge fuss when I was asking him to arrange removal and disposal of my furniture. He did not want to help me at all in this difficult time. I was absolutely appalled by his unprofessional way of handling the situation. Would definitely not recommend anyone to deal with this agency.

If yo are a tenant, this agency is purely a nightmare, their landlords are so nosy and will want to know what you are upto and who is visiting you and who stayed over last night and Adrian is absolutely not helpful at all.I had to leave within 6 months due to a bad landlord who happened to put her son next door to keep eyes out on every tenants and was so not happy with this agency.
