If you are an older person or been to the shops and have bags of groceries, a mother with little children and/or a pram, disabled or will a medical condition involving heart or breathing I would strongly advise you don't attempt to use Wynnum Station as there are 60 stairs for you to struggle up. This is what translink calls public transport - 60% of the public are unable to access this railway station near their homes or work.

Don't get off here for Wynnum business district or beachfront. Get off at Wynnum Central station or you will be in for a long walk.
