Super happy with these guys. I originally went in for a punctured tyre and whilst there I got chatting with Nikki who was incredibly helpful and informative in regards to my car which was severely overdue for a service. I went back for the service today and I was so chuffed with it. My car is driving so smoothly I didn’t even realise how bad it was until now. Also… that Kevin in the office is such a cutie and definitely made paying for a major service a little bit smoother.

Had two tires replaced and both rims were damaged while doing so. Was offered discounted servicing as a sorry. Last thing I want to do is spend more money there.

I booked my motorhome in for an inspection 3 weeks in advance.2 more times I called to confirm that they could inspect my 5.2 ton motorhome and on all 3 occasions I was told that that's no problem just bringing it on the booking date for inspection.I turned up today to be told, we don't inspect trucks and to go somewhere else.I'm now 7 days behind schedule and another $30 permit out of pocket.

I recently had to use the services of Bridgestone in Baldivis I was absolutely disgusted with attitude and manner of Nikki. She is incredibly rude and very dismissive and answering a question seemed to be to much effort. I overheard her talking badly about other customers once they left in front of me, which I found very disrespectful. Needless to say I will not be going back there again and I hope someone from Bridgestone HR reads them the riot act.

Sorted out our Roadworthy certificate on our ford transit without any fuss, they were straight onto it and was driving home within an hour or two.Can’t get any better than that! Thanks guys

Just spent over a $1000 with this place on two new tyres got home found one of my alloy wheels had been damaged. Took car back to be inspected the tyre fitter said it had most likely happened on their machine but looked like old damage. I offered to get the wheel fixed on my insurance which will cost $50. His boss said he would take $50 off my next purchase. I refused that offer as I will not be going back there his boss then came out and nearly threw $50 in my hand . No apology for the damage very rude staff. I now have to get it fixed on my insurance and have the inconvenience of that.

The biggest thank you Baldivis team! Turned up with a run flat tyre that had a gash in it, and they had ordered a new tyre, replaced and fitted by 4pm!Amazing service, prompt and efficient , good priceSo thankful!
