I have heard multiple similar experiences of customers having issues when returning items. Today I was told I couldn’t exchange a item because I didn’t have a receipt… and had to quote ACCC. They had to call the store I purchased from who couldn’t help due to being busy as well as their area manager. Staff need to be trained in the policies. I gave up trying to exchange my product, and exchanged the other that I had a receipt for. Staff were quiet and shy, and not trained at all.

10년 넘게 일주일에 5일이상 다녔던 곳입니다 한인마트 그리고 고기박사( 한국스타일고기파는곳) 그리고 울월스 콜스 호주 대형 슈퍼 다이소 까지있어서 한국사람이라면 한국사람이라면 한번에 장을 볼수있어서 너무 좋아요....
