Excellent, prompt service with skilled mechanics. Reasonable prices and great customer service. -1 star because my seat post was incorrectly torqued and slipped on my first ride after a service

Go to bike shop for all things gravel bikes, bikepacking and mountain bikes (probably road bikes too). Great range of products, Rapha, MAAP etc, excellent mechanic and sales staff.

I looked at sourcing a few products for an upcoming cycling trip. I stumbled across the Sticky Bottle web site. I ordered, then had a computer glitch at my end and more order doubled up! It was my browser, but the guys at Sticky Bottle sorted it in a flash, and got my products out the same day!They arrived interstate in under 24 hours.Really great communication too. I am very happy.

Excellent customer service and a fast turn around of rebuilding my wheels. The staff are friendly and very knowledgable. Plus their new store in Brookvale includes bike washing facilities. Would highly recommend checking it out!

I purchased an Apidura 17L saddle bag and 4.5l frame bag. Great advice from Sticky Bottle staff on what to get (actually talked me out of needing a handlebar bag as well). They arrived two days later, I’ve done a test pack and they are perfect!

Wow, I have to say I am impressed. Not only did Sticky Bottle seemingly stock a very rare item for Aussie retailers it was shipped overnight to WA. I kind of wish I was closer, in my experience if an online retailer provides that level of service, then the face to face must be outstanding. I'll be visiting the Terrigal part of NSW, curious if there is mtb,gravel,road biking in the area, I know it isn't exactly in your area but might reach out.I have definitely book marked your site for future orders!

These guys are on the ball. Ordered a couple of bike packing bags and they were delivered to the Mid North Coast, NSW the next day. The prices were competitive and shipping was free due to the value of the the order. This shop deserves to do well.

I have had an excellent experience dealing with Maricka and Chris. Glad I purchased my new Specialized Diverge through them rather than buying online direct from Specialized .. same price, bike built and measured up with great service and included a 90 day service. All with a fast turnaround before a gravel event. They also sorted a warranty on a Rovel wheel from my road bike quickly. So pleased to have an excellent Specialized dealer on the Northern Beaches

POOR SERVICE SERVICEI was recommended Sticky Bottle workshop by a friend. Basically he said they were expensive but offered good service. In the last 6 months I have had 3 bikes in the workshop, curve, tarmac and timemachine - $250, $250 and $500 respectively. The work has been good. No issue.However post my last service, and 3 days out of a race - i clipped my electronic gear cable. My fault. Panic. Rang Sticky Bottle to speak with the technician who had just worked on the bike to ask where the junction box was and how to change the cable. no he can't speak to you

Ordered something at 4:27pm Monday, packed and picked up by courier by 5:01pm same day, landed on my doorstep 8:22am Tuesday. Not far to travel in all honesty but this is genuinely faultless service.
