Was having issues with our caravan toilet cassette. Called in at this business and was shown that the cassette was broken. Was shown how I could fix it. Mitch got his hands dirty with you know what and did not charge us for his time.. Thanks Mitch

Had Yard5 install our Webasto diesel heater and fix the water inlet of our Caravan. Great communication. Excellent workmanship. Super happy with the quality of the work. Great handover and communication. Can highly recommend this shop. Very fair pricing.

Went to check out The legendary Mitch" while passing though Mackay. He saw us at very short notice and was very helpful. He skillfully sorted out the problem we had with our thetford toilet very efficiently. Thanks "The Mitch"."

Mitch and his trusty crew have been very helpful, nothing is too much trouble. I have been to them on a few occasions now getting things installed, fixed and replaced on my Coaster bus. Highly recommend Yard 5 from my experience.

Completely inconvenienced.Promised work would be done. Van left at yard at 7am as requested by owner of business and kept for 2 days..No work completedHadn’t even made a start2 nights accomodation expenses whilst we waitedMitch is either an absolute muppet, or has serious memory problems or a neurological deficit.If you are desperate enough to use this business, you need to have every single conversation, price quote, etc… written down prior handing over your keys.

Many thanks to Mitch for fitting our van in with only a couple of days notice. Gas hot water system had stopped igniting which was fixed and a quick replacement of awning screw knob and we were on our way. Highly recommended.
