Unfortunately the chicken was dry and the chips were warm not even hot and I specifically asked for hot chips which should be standard you'd think anyway. I was offered no sauce for my meal to dip my chicken tenders etc in and had to ask for serviettes and wet hand towelettes. KFC has definitely gotten worse in the past years and I paid $15 for this pathetic meal I don't want that experience again. And the staff were unfriendly and careless. Next.

It's in the food court, handy to have. Restricted to certain hours of the day. Beware that Hot and Spicy is only available for around 4 hours through the middle of the day only, so don't go in late in the arvo hoping for H&S!Never had a problem with any orders at this site, which is nice.

Last weekend, I attended Kawana Food Court KFC for lunch. I lined up for five minutes only to be ignored when my turn came, whilst others following me were served in the mean time. Apparently I am invisible. If they wouldn’t give me the time of day, I figured I would return the favour and order online. Well, their website did not work. I was forced to use my partners mobile phone in order to purchase my food. After a surprisingly short wait (thirty seconds) I was given not only a cold burger where the cheese slice hadn’t yet melted, but my fries were also stone cold. I ended up feeling terrible after forcing this down and will never return again. I would recommend the reader not attend. - Morton Wayne-Apkunku

Ordered via app but there was no queue of people, they were not rushed or anything, yet still seem to throw the contents of a burger together from the other side of a room. Why do I have to build the burger myself before I can bring it up to my mouth? And how am I meant to eat potato and gravy without any cutlery? It's bad enough you get given the cordial type soft drink instead of the advertised can at this store but you'd think they could put a few seconds onto preparing the meal.

Me and my family were at the kawana shopping center today and stopped in the food court for a quick bite to eat and a coffee while shopping with the two kids, my Mrs and kids got maccas and I ordered online at the KFC via the app, all I ordered was a large popcorn chicken, it took over half an hour and when I inquired twice to a young bloke behind the counter he just looked at me and looked at my phone, turned around and starred at a screen for a couple seconds and then proceeded to ignore me. Needless to say I will not be stopping in for a 'quick' bite here ever again. Other people were also waiting inline before me when I ordered and still now at least 45 mins later they are still waiting in line for their orders. Someone from their management system needs to look into their process of ordering or their staff need to be better trained, I'm not usually one to go on a big rant but I was genuinely upset by this lol

My husband bought chicken and a coleslaw from you today Tue. When he came home he said that the coleslaw tasted not very nice. A few hrs later he was sick. This product should be taken off the shelf immediately.

The kebab place is the best! Oh, not to mention they have gluten free wrap and get lamb. The table is clean, and well looked after.
