My partner and I built our first home with Alphaline and we couldn't have had a better experience! Their drafters drew up MANY different designs of houses for us and kept tweaking them to our wants and needs until we found our perfect home design.The show room is amazing! Everything is in the one place so no need to travel to different places just to choose one item/colour. The experienced designers helped us choose our colours and look for the house.No issue whatsoever during the build and someone was always available to answer all of our questions in a timely manner.Would recommend Alphaline to anyone (and already have to a few friends)!

Alphaline has been excellent at supporting us in our first home build. From the start, Alphaline has been professional, transparent and easy to communicate with.Having paid an initial deposit with two other builders (one a well known national brand) and then experiencing difficult customer service, hidden costs and / or long lead time to answers for our questions (which even then, did not always get answered), it was refreshing to deal with the Alphaline team.Our build was undertaken in a very difficult market (supply chain constraints and shortage of labour). Working in the real estate industry, I was acutely aware of these challenges, however the Alphaline team did their best given the circumstances. At all times, communication was open and transparent.The most amazing part of our build journey is that we had a child on the way and had tight timelines at the back end of our build. The Alphaline team all got on the tools to help progress the build as much as possible to help meet our timelines given the market circumstances (largely out of Alphaline's control). They honored their word in an industry where many do not!We recommend Alphaline and sincerely hope that we can build with them again soon!

We had a great experience building our custom home with Alphaline Homes. The build process went smoothly and efficiently.The staff were very friendly and great to work with.

Tiny (modular) home, big service.The biggest challenge we had was finding a bank to finance our modular home, every broker we dealt with could NOT make the deal work. Once we found the right person, we then had to structure the finances, i.e. deposits, first payments, etc, without the flexibility of the team at Alphaline homes we would never had the deal go through, they were so accommodating, above and beyond.Our previous experience with building companies was pretty much that once you sign a deal they don’t care and will do all they can to avoid making things right, they lay blame on everything except themselves, this is where Alphaline homes is very different. They were fully responsible and accountable from start to six months after the build.The house was well built and the price thousands of dollars cheaper than their nearest competitor, all complaints were take seriously and corrected. I found communication very good and their desire to make our deal work above and beyond. We had trouble after shifting in with the floor, no problems, they came out and replace the lot, no complaining, no avoiding, very accountable and professional.With building, nothing ever goes to plan that's the industry, but Alphaline homes were patient, helpful and professional all the way. I highly recommend them and my experience was first class and have to congratulate them on setting such a high standard for the building industry.

We're very happy with the whole build process and are so glad that we choose to go with Alphaline for our new home. The short build time of just 5 months was amazing. It was reassuring to know that we were dealing directly with the owners of the company and their family members. The quality of the final product is excellent. We had a third party inspector go through the house at handover and they commented on the excellent quality.

The decision to knock down and rebuild was one we took a lot of time with and worried if it was going to work - there are so many stories out there about how bad it is to build a new home! We finally went with a medium sized firm that was family owned with their own architect and designer. One of the best decisions I have made in my life.Ben, one of the brothers, was our first contact in designing what was to be our home. We took our time here and Alphaline Homes were highly understanding and amazing! They did a design analysis to then come up with our own house plan that we then took the time we needed to make sure it is what we wanted inside and out. I am really glad we took our time here and Alphaline was supportive all the way.Alphaline had a great team around them to work with us to determine the finishings and the finer details of the house pre build. Once the build started, there was no need for us to revisit the decisions we had made early one.It was around this time that we started working with John, a second brother, in project managing our the build of our house. The attention to detail and constant review and updates from John were great.Building started the day after the demolition team left site with slab and two storey frame done within 3 weeks. The timeliness was one feature that was a constant with the build with Alphaline! There was a couple of days of rain when the roof was meant to completed where we had a delay.Things did not always go to plan, they never do when there is a knock down or rebuild but between Ben and John, we were always consulted, we always discussed what were the options and site visits were easily and quickly arranged. Changes and/or modifications were worked through easily and quickly.Another key feature of Alphaline is quality. Ensuring that the foundations to all the finishing touches are important to Alphaline. Any defects found where never regarded as an issue to fix. This attitude extended to the contractors that Alphaline used as well.Then to top it off, Alphaline were able to finish building the house and hand over to us weeks prior to planned completion date. Then after full payments were made, when additional savings where achieved by Alphaline with some of the products in the house, we even received a rebate back. There have been a few issues arise post the build ie faulty oven etc, Alphaline has continually remained in touch, are extremely responsive to any post build issues and have been a delight to work with!The price of the build and the additional extras agreed early on were clearly outlined and known up front and didn't deviate except where agreed. There were clear payment schedules everything was clearly managed through BuilderTrend.The result is we have a house that has actually exceeded my expectations, it light, breezy and still feels like a dream to live in. I keep thinking we have been lucky but then when you find the right builder and both you and your builder do the work upfront, the outcome can be great!

Being first time home builders we were very nervous about the whole process but after visiting numerous builders it was obvious to us that Alphaline were the one for us. From the initial consultation to the final handover the entire team at Alphaline have been outstanding. They actually listened to what we wanted and worked with us to accommodate our design wishes and our budget needs.Our site manager and the trades involved were all top notch and there was no problem with communication through the build. Likewise with any issues that were raised there was no delay in getting things reworked or ammended.The final product is a fantastic home that is well above other builders.Can't rate them highly enough!!

Alphaline Homes have been great to deal with from start to finish. The quality of product is very good and was on time which is not common in construction industry specially considering current situation of the industry.
