Freediving Central

I had an amazing experience taking the freediving course W1 and W2 with Freediving Central.I want to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team, especially to Daniel Parsons for being an exceptional instructor. I was a bit nervous to do a course on my own as it was the first time I’d tried free diving but Dan made me feel comfortable from the get go! The guys are both lovely! Had an awesome weekend and would recommend!

Dan's a great instructor and both the theory and open water sessions are super fun. I felt super comfortable trying to push myself but both the group and the instructors are also very supportive if you spook yourself. I definitely feel like I walked away from Wave 1 with confidence in my ability to train and continue pursuing freediving.

Just returned from the Fiji freediving trip. The food, accommodation and freediving was incredible! We also did the scuba diving with bull sharks and it was one of the most incredible experiences of my life.

Entered into wave 1 course hoping for a 45 sec breath hold and a 8m dive but got out of it a 2:15 breath hold and 16m depth. Dan is a great instructor and facilitates people of all experience.

I did the level 1 2 day course for freediving and I cannot express in words how incredibly amazing the experience was!Evan (assisted by Dan and Bryan) was an absolute legend who created a safe, enjoyable, and goal kicking learning environment.Thank you so so much for such an amazing time guys, can't wait to see you all again!!

The Freediving level 1 course was one of the best experiences I've had. Dan is a great coach! Dan was very encouraging and with each dive I became more confident and achieved goals I didn't think were possible. I will be taking more of his Courses (Freediving Central) in the future.
