Fluid Art Supplies

I ordered in January, never got my order. I've called, no answered, emailed at least 5 times from the website and directly from my email address, no response. I have Facebook messaged them, they haven't even looked at the messages.Don't let them steal your money

Very disappointed as the order took ages to get to me . Also items out of stock didn't come but they have not sent a refund back to me and have kept my money . no contact what so ever to say when back order item was going to arrive . happy to keep my money thou . Will never use them again . Art shed so much better to deal with .I have a slip as you say so I find this hard to believe you don't follow up with the customer as it says on the slip . I have forwarded an email . Lets see how long this takes to sort out as it has been since early may . It states 10 business days on the slip . What a joke .

While I haven't been in person, I have ordered a lot online, always quick delivery and extremely well packaged and great customer service when I have emailed them.

I have been waiting for a month to recieve my order. This has meant that the gift I was giving has lost its relevance.I have reached out via email multiple times and not recieved any response. I don't usually write bad reviews but I want to warn others. Buy your supplies elsewhere if possible.

I have received fabulous service from Fluid Art Supplies during Covid lockdown. I highly recommend them from their great customer service to their terrific range of art supplies !

Whilst they have a great range and decent pricing I’ve been extremely frustrated with delivery. It took almost 2 weeks until my order was shipped for in stock product, and only shipped after I emailed twice (as their order communication advised email was their preferred method of contact).The first email was not responded to and I had to email again for a response at which point was told they would look into it and it shipped a day or two later.Unfortunately 3 weeks later I still have not received the item into Melbourne metro. If it had taken less time to be dispatched by the shop, and the delay was purely Australia Post I would have been much less disappointed and appreciate that there was little that the store could do. Unfortunately this was not the case :(
