NRMA Insurance

Trying to make a car insurance claim after an accident was difficult. It took me three days to put through the claim as the website kept failing to an error page. I tried over the phone and one person hung up on me and the other was rude and wouldn't listen to me about what I wanted to do.

Best Insurance Company out there. I've been a long time customer of NRMA and always had that piece of mind protection and cover.

Would just like to thank NRMA Lithgow, and Angela - and Karla the Telephonists, for the marvellous service today, and the Serviceman - sorry - didn't catch his name - - initially from Maccas, Main Street, Lithgow, and organising a 'tow' to our home, and onto our Mechanic. Special mention to Kevin - from Walsh's Towing Service, his expertise in organising the pick up of our vehicle in a very tight place, - checking of braces etc., and his friendly nature which helped allay our worries, Lithgow is well looked after with people like this working for them. Thank You.

Just bought a new car and broke down on the way home from the car dealership and hadn't had time to change my details with Nrma but with one phone call they changed my rego info and sent a mechanic straight out.Best insurance company ever. 5stars
