I have been attending this gym since open and i have found the staff to be extremely friendly and welcoming. The coaches have great knowledge and the standard of cleanliness is high!Im able to bring my son to sit and watch me train which is a big plus for me!I definitely reccomend this gym if you are interested in Martial arts or cross fit! There are plenty of class times available . Very happy to be apart of the team!
