Very professional and caring from the receptionists to the hygienists to the dentists. The first time we went there some years ago my young daughter had been injured with her two front teeth almost out. The entire practice came alive and three dentists stopped what they were doing and worked together and were able to save both front teeth. We have stayed with them since and found them to be very competent and very kind.

Dr Jeffrey Albert has been my dentist for more than two decades. He is very talented, diligent, caring - and has a great aesthetic. He also has a delightful sense of humour and a lovely rapport with his assistants.

Sailors Bay Dentistry has been my family practice for many years, seeing Huntley Dunne, Alan Riley and now taking my young daughters to Ros Davis. Today we had to assess an abscess which resulted in an extraction of the front tooth on my 4.5yr old. Ros was incredible! A surprise and uncomfortable situation for Mum & child, but I completely trusted Ros's advice on what was best for her. Her approach - talking to my daughter about her love of craft, colours, playing music while taking the time to explain what was happening meant she was amazingly calm and brave through the (quick) process. Tonight our daughter goes to bed excited for the Tooth Fairy saying what a nice dentist Ros is which is a result we couldn't be happier about. Thank you.

I have only ever had wonderful experiences at this practice! Dr Ros Davis is so kind and thorough! Dr Annika Saidi was so helpful and honest when providing me options for wisdom teeth extraction. It is always clean and everyone always welcomes you with a smile. I always feel calm and confident at my appointments here as it's truely a well managed practice.

The service in sailors bay dentistry is highly professional. Their care is above the line of duty. My dentist Dr Jeff Albert is an excellent dentist. Always kind and caring. He preformed teeth implants for my wife and it was very successful. He keeps my teeth in very good condition and also gives me valuable advise.

Very satisfied and relieved to have found such a great dentist in Sydney. I relocated here 4 years ago, however, had remained with my family dentist 5 hours away and would visit on holidays/long weekends until I had a dental emergency and needed a Dentist ASAP. I was able to get a same day appointment, the staff were friendly and my dentist (Dr Ros Davis) made me feel extremely comfortable and assured. I have been able to make follow up appointments with ease and reasonable waiting times (within a week). The practise is easy to get to and the COVID safe measures in place are great. Highly recommend if you're looking for a good reliable dentist, you won't be dissapointed!

Very happy with the care taken by SBD and this is why I am now into my 31st year of regular service with this Practice. Even when I have been in panic mode my fears have been dissapated through excellent feed back and advice from the Doctor.Though at times I have a fear of needles in other situations at SBD one wouldn't even know a needle had been used.All of this feed back can be condensed into two wordsExcellent service

Excellent service and attention to every detail. The dentists and Orthodontist are utterly reliable. My family of four children have all been patients for over 12 years. Their care and support and gentle way of dealing with kids is first class. Emergency support and friendly staff make it a pleasure each time I call.

Really love this practice. Fantastic first experience for kids. They even have a play area in the reception with multiple iPads with children’s entertainment. I can’t recommend Dr Davis enough. My daughter had to have 2 fillings and was actually excited for her next appointment in 6 months time!

I have been with my dentist for over 24 years, extremely professional, uptodate with all the new dental procedures, makes me laugh, very sympathic to my sensitive idiosyncrasies and explains procedures in laymen terms in order that I can make an informed decision on my procedure. I.E. implant verses replace a crown, a big help financially. Would not go anywhere else.
