Coffee Spares

The telephone ordering of this seller is as good as non-existant. I rang four times a day and left messages and my phone number without any reply. The item was advertised for $68 plus postage. Furthermore, I found out that the shop is only open Wednesday through Friday between the hours 10 am to 2 pm and Saturdays for an hour or so. As during three days, my enquiry call was not answered I ordered the item directly from the manufacturer and was surprised to receive the original item from Kitchen Aid for half the price and without postage charges. As my enquiry call was not answered during three days I left only one further message: to stick the overpriced item into your backside". Customer service or fair pricing as in my case does not exist at Coffee Spares. I most definitely cannot recommend this seller. The old rule still stands to watch out before you purchase

Knowledgeable owner, lots of spares for my machine and many others. Recommended.

Very helpful, with a depth of knowledge around older machines. I was able to source a group head gasket that nobody had. (So I bought 2!) Over the phone Graeme was able to double-check a nuance of my old espresso machine that I needed to get a torch out to inspect. Impressive!
